is a Vice President of Faulkner Strategies, a Midwest based marketing and political consulting firm that works with candidates and organizations to best position them in the mind of their targeted voter or client. Faulkner Strategies is a nationally renowned direct mail vendor and they also do issue based advocacy coordination campaigns.
Chris is widely recognized as a national expert on grassroots mobilization and has been a speaker at numerous campaign training seminars and events. An instructor at the Republican National Committee’s Campaign Management College in Washington, D.C., he was the top ranked presenter in 2004. He was also a featured speaker at the Louisiana Republican Convention in 2003 and a trainer with the International Republican Institute in Indonesia in 2004.
In 2002, Chris planned and supervised one of the most successful 72 Hour Programs in the country. This high profile congressional race was one of the subjects of study in Get-Out-the-Vote by Alan Gerber and Don Green from Yale University. As a result of this race’s impressive successes, the RNC studied the tactics used so they could be implemented in other races nationwide.
Chris was District Director for Congressman Chris Chocola in Indiana’s Second District. In 2004, he left the Congressman’s office to serve as the Executive Director of the re-election effort for President Bush in the “battleground” state of Minnesota. He also served as Executive Director for the 2006 RNC Victory Program in Indiana.
Chris was appointed to the Federal Affairs Advisory Committee for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in 2006.
Chris, a former Marine, lives with his wife, Angela, in Granger, Indiana with their three boys Isaac, Patrick and Sam. He believes politics, like wrestling with his boys, is a full-body contact sport!
