quick facts | full bio

Kyle Bailey graduated from LaPorte High School in 2003. Though he enjoyed a semester at Indiana University Bloomington and a year of playing collegiate basketball at Indiana University South Bend, he soon learned his true calling in life was organizing political operations.

He gained on the ground experience interning on Congressmen Chocola's successful re-election race in 2004 and helping organzing State Rep. Dermody's GOTV effort in the 2006 primaries, but Kyle's first big opportunity came in the 2006 cycle when he was named Field Representative for Indiana's 2nd Congressional District . Though Congressmen Chocola eventually lost that race, the GOTV operation he helped organize was recognized nationally for it's efficiency and voter contact numbers.

After the 2006 cycle, Kyle moved to Fort Wayne for eight months after taking a job as Director of Field Operations in Fort Wayne Community School Corporation's controversial school bond issue. From there he accepted a position with the Indiana State Republican Party as Regional Political Director; while there he oversaw 13 targeted mayoral races in 2007 as well as playing a key roll in organizing the statewide petition drive to get Governor Daniels on the 2008 ballot.

In February 2008 Kyle left the State Party to run Luke Puckett's campaign for Congress, again in Indiana's 2nd Congressional district. He moved on from that race to his current position in Commercial Business Development at Faulkner Strategies.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys reading, golfing, and following his sister's collegiate volleyball career at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. He he plans on not only finishing his bachelors degree, but eventually attending law school as well.
